I mean it has anti inflammatory properties and helps repair tissue so it’s good for recovery if you’re lifting

Bpc is good for that as well but if you only want the skin benefits, just get ghk on its own next time

It still burns in glow you just need to use more bac water. You can recon with 3mL then draw extra bac before you draw your dose or you can recon with 3mL, transfer to a larger, sterile vial and add like 3-4 more mL’s of bac then draw your normal dose

I'm using 100mg ghk-cu with 3ml bac. There's a slight discomfort to it for sure.
