I've read this too. MT1 overall has much less negative side effects. It takes longer to establish a tan but I've heard the quality of the tan is nicer and more natural looking on MT1.

Really then I'm gonna go with mt1 this winter... that was already the plan. I naturally get dark over the summer and it last till about October lol
