In your experience, should I continue taking tirz (currently on 5mg a week) and titrate up according to my appetite and weight loss and then switch to reta when tirz stops working or something, or take reta/tirz every 4 days on lower doses (so 5mg tirz and 2mg reta)? I am asking for an opinion maybe for those who have already went through my ordeal. I have lost around 55kg, need to lose around 20kg more

So I started on Reta. Lost 30lbs and Went up to 10mg per week. I stalled for 2 months. Now I switched to tirz. Started at 4mg and the suppression is definitely back! Supposedly Reta+tirz is a bad combo. I tried it for one week and I didn’t feel anything but sides. After I get stuck on tirz I’ll switch back to Reta. 👌

Reta isn’t an appetite suppressant. Using it as one is silly. It’s a tool to help you with habits. If you’re having issues with appetite take Cag.

It absolutely is. Triple agonist. GLP-1, GIP, and glucagon. Not as strong as tirz for some people, but I didn’t like Cagri so switching to tirz for me is working great

Reta is a triple agonist. It has food suppressant “GI” it may not be strong as Tirz or Cagri but it has it , so idk what ur talking about Reta isn’t a Food suppressant compound

Like I said. If you’re using 2x Agonists to control your appetite you’ve got a lack of willpower. Work on that instead of dosing more compounds. 📝

I’m well aware what I’m saying. The reason why Tirz curbs your appetite is because it only deals with GLP/GIP whereas Reta deals with GLP/GIP/GLU and is essentially spread thinner over the 3. This is shown in multiple research groups. These compounds aren’t meant to be “miracle cures” they designed to help people form healthy habits. I’ve run both of them and got SFA from Tirz and Reta hit me like a brick wall. Using both is just dumb and will cause more issues for your receptors in the long run. Does that sound better for you?

Much better. I have formed healthier habits btw. And like I was saying from the beginning, I don’t use both at the same time. I advised against that. I’m using only tirz now but thanks for your input.
