Are you guys allergic to Google? These are questions that are really easy to look up on your own. If you don't know what the starting dose is, then you haven't done enough research on the compound you're about to inject in your body.

Studies have the initial dose spread anywhere between to 1mg to 4mg, iirc. Go look up the studies so you know what normal dosing is AND so you can read about side effects.

You should also potentially mimic the titration schedule, too. Don't be like me who titrated up every 5 days 😂

The half-life of reta is like 5/6 days so that's when you should remind based on how you feel. Some people go 4 days some people go 8. Ymmv.

ill just add 1mg every injection until week 4 i guess, after that i will go with 4mg per week for like 3 months, depending on weight loss

GLP1s take time to build up (again, lack of research showing). So you might be feeling okay but then might get rocked all of a sudden.

You can titrate up in 1mg increments if you want to lol, just dont up the dose every week.
