Guys I'm 18 and want to try gh and ai for more height would you suggest I take a xray and if my plates are open take it. Also what can I take hg with to maximize bone mass expect for ai for height, like clavicle and face bone mass

Yeah would be possible, but at 18 your growth plates are closed by 99% . I doubt you will get any bigger
