They are, but 5mg of Cagri is more than Tirz, and you can use all the Cagri in a vial with your Reta, Tirz does suppression, so stacking Tirz and Reta, you'll get suppression and weight loss benifts from Tirz and the additional benifts from Reta. Just seems to me taking Cagri just to suppress where Tirz can do the same plus added GLP/GIP benifts seems obvious, unless there is a real reason not to stack them.
