For most, dosages as low as 1 iu will shutdown their endogenous pulses if timings overlap Somatostatin upregulated via concentration peaks, Because you are hitting yourself with a high concentration peaks instead of low pulses Morning GH is preferable in lower day dosages of 1-1.5 iu because endogenous function is mostly restored by 10-14 hours for nightly pulses Net igf1 elevation via this will likely be over 2 z score values of you are in 25-40 age range

This is goal, person, health, and definitely budget dependent. It’s not a one size fits all situation.

Alcohol swabs are cheap, and bacteria is invisible. There is no downside whatsoever in swabbing the injection area beforehand, and only risks (minor to major) if you don't. Maybe you could get away with doing this after a good shower, but beyond that you're asking for an absess.

Literally less than a penny for each wipe. It’s a no brainer

The reason why they don’t recommend swabbing before vaccination is because the data says there was no increased risk of infection, and swabbing with alcohol very often ruins the skin and that and removes its protective bacterial layer
