On injection days ppl say it’s best to drink hella water, like 3-4L but actually that should be an everyday goal

Water in itself provides satiety too. Effects compound when taking tirz / reta. And well. Better to be hydrated than dehydrated.

I ate at my maintenance actually under some days but I ended up gaining weight I’ve accepted I need peptides to stay skinny
