My last pin, I massaged for about 10 minutes in a steaming hot shower right after pinning, thats the only thing thats helped. Normally if I pin a quad, that quad is out of commission for 10 days

Guys so what do I do 😭 I can do 3x a week IM, and maybe 2x a week subq to spread out? I don't wanna do 7x a week for first cycle

1 inch 28gauge to the delt, heated the oil under running water before, slow injection, around 30 seconds. Normally day after is fine, but second day it’s always hot, swollen, and inflamed
