I mean that’s not “stuck”. I have prescription Zepbound, and the standard titration protocol is 2.5 / 5 / 7.5 / 10 / 12.5 / 15mg and go up once every 4 weeks if tolerable (if not, stay at same level for 4 more weeks).
20 and 25mg doses will soon be approved for the few who don’t reach goal weight by 15mg.
