Yeah, like, the glucagon amount was chosen based on reta's GIP affinity which is 9x stronger than Tirz's

But its GLP1 binding is weaker, which is why appetite suppression isn't as strong

And so dosing sema instead of tirz in theory should be safer cause you're increasing GLP and not GIP

Oddly tirz does not cause me stomach issues. Never tried sema, would assume its worse, reta seems to be an issue when it comes to the slowness of emptying

Its just very odd reta out of all of them causes it but not tirz lol
