Hgh is used for people with hiv for the same reasons. Only it works better doesn’t mean anything. Just means it’s good for visceral fat reduction. HIV patients use hgh/tesa for lipodystrophy which is why it works so well for visceral fat reduction this does not mean you can copy and paste results from studies to normal populations.
