Whats also important for me is to have good sleep because many drugs build a shit ton of muscles but wrecks your sleep

Yes you can depending on how hard the pills pressed but you can always chew it up and swish it for 15-20mins kinda works

And for me, more effective on lipids/insulin sensitivity, than berberine/Metformin/ezitim

I was hugely skeptical about it. But after a deficit and now a push using mcg ED doses, massively beneficial for me over some OTC/UTC options.

Can get lean very fast and you are right dosing Reta everyday does help with the glp factor and the gi slowdown I do notice that.

I've got bloods in 2 weeks. Before I move up doses on cycle. So will be interested to see lipids on primo doses currently on

End of this, bloods being acceptable, will end on 1050 Test, 300 Ment 850 Primo.
