Bloat depends on a lot of factors. It’s def worth it long term at high doses for hyperplasia

The bloats not bad if you hydrate and don’t pig out. Also can use hctz or elp but they come with their own risks albeit low.

When talking to someone who doesn’t know what they’re doing, be careful saying diuretics are low risk. An idiot can kill themself with a diuretic
