Motsc can be great for people with mitochondria issues. Works wonders for me. Even at 1mg a day I feel as if I've had an energy drink without the crash. Defo helps with insulin sensitivity. I went hypo mixing it with berberine and completely cut out sugar so that didnt help 😂. Motsc, nad and methelyne blue 🔥

I feel more of the insulin sensitivity benefits from it more than anything. But i didn’t realise the energy benefits until a few weeks,
You need to stack with NAD +
