I can’t recommend anything, I can only share what the repercussions would be so you can make a better decision here by being more informed. - the first risk you have to think about is developing gyno. Young males have been studied before and when they have elevated levels of IGF, they will develop gyno. You can look up the studies as I can’t link it. - one of the other pieces you have to worry about is Acromegaly. Since you are in you are in your teens, your igf levels are already elevated, and in order for you to get past your elevated levels, you will have to take a high amount of Hgh. And that will put your igf at a very high-level. At your age, you’re peaking, hormonally speaking, and all you need to do is eat properly go to the gym sleep properly and you will grow on your own. At your current height, I suspect you don’t need anything at all to reach your goal, at 14 years old at that height, you’re gonna be pretty tall. This is not an exhaustive list of the possible repercussions. There are many that are mental and a lot of this will sit with you for the rest of your life since you are in your developing years.

Stop getting wrapped into social media and worrying about this stuff. You’ll grow to what you will. It’s really not worth the risks. Stop comparing yourself to others. Numbers are infinite, you can’t base your happiness on numbers, you’ll never be happy.
