Unless you are running a vial for more than a month, 100% it's a non issue, but when people but 30mg and are only taking 2mg every 7days, that will last 15week, or nearly 4 months, I'd highly recommend using BAC
Yes, first puncture the vial with a syringe filled with air. This ensures that the vial is no longer under vacuum. Then let the Bac water run into the HGH vial, on the side of the glass.
