HGH itself doesn't (really) promote water retention much. Usually it's the dimer etc that are the dominant factor in that area. E is very helpful together with IGF to recover and build more muscle.

Indeed. But you will not start looking bloated usually when using HGH, the dimer and filler tend to have a greater impact on such visually observable sides. The carpal tunnel syndrome and other impact on tendons, is a more direct impact of the hGH itself.

I have multiple cases unfortunately where my HGH usage caused substantial issues in both fingers, legs and feet, including tendonitis, plantar fasciitis, shin splint. Can be brutal. Not to be taken lightly.

Possibly. I already have it on 3iu genotropin, which is a lower bound dose in my experience. If also found it really hard to make any impact on it by varying diet.

Don't have exact measurements unfortunately. I tried to vary from pretty much no salt in my diet to supra normal intake and never managed to find a spot where I observed a meaningful difference. Would you be able to give me some concrete advice to experiment with to find myself some kind of sweetspot?
