Not really, dutasteride wont grow hair back, but it will prevent further recession completely.

No it won't. The hairline has extreme DHT activity. Duta would have to reduce DHT to 0

As I said, it doesn't zero it out. The hairline is literally the most difficult area to maintain. Duta will not preserve it for life, it'll at best preserve it for years if coupled with other therapies.

Yes, they get prescribed it because they have DHT-induced MPB and they'd lose the transplant very quickly without it.

The other aspect you're likely missing is where the hair is transplanted from

the hair they transplant is DHT resistant, it's from the occipital region

Oh easy. I'm not from there but I can assist. Evolutionary dot org is one of the biggest forums for this stuff, and many of their vendors are domestic US.
