The fear mongering of gear and GH is crazy sometimes. No one’s gonna say they’re healthy, but if every other aspect of your health is on point and your genetics support it, truly don’t think they’re that bad
I promise I dig plenty deep, but I’m always willing to run any other testing I deem useful. Cardiac hypertrophy, at least from the research I’ve seen, comes from high BP combined with high RHR. It makes sense logically bc that’s overworking your heart (I.e. overwork a muscle, it grows). With an ejection fraction that’s solid, good BP, good RHR, I don’t see the mechanism by which my heart would grow. I also take telmisartan prophylactically to prevent cardiac hypertrophy
That’s just not how it works. Steroids grow muscles when you overwork them. You need to train them. My heart isn’t getting “trained” in that sense. Im not saying I’m safe to do what I do, but I’ve gotta see something wrong to actually know. It’s a calculated risk, but I think I’m pretty likely to catch any issues before they become irreversible. If I’m wrong, welp, at least I was jacked
