Do u happen to know if it recommended to take ai with cjc + ipa?
I think primo is more forgiving then mast for me but staying on 60-70% of the T to be on the safe side during the last part of the cut, dont want to tank E2 and stall fatloss/loose time, cant cut as agressively next month as I have more commitments. Had a big re-feed over new years so metabolism is back up now.
