I don't know what to tell you man. You got a bunch of studies showing oral estrogen decreasing IGF-1 conversion but you don't want to take it so idk. There are also breast cancer studies highlighting a relationship between estrogen and igf-1. Sooooo, you are free to believe whatever you want, lol.
