Mines on the flight for the 21st

I ordered Jan 30th and haven't seen any movement yet either. I was also told it's going through customs. This is the longest I've waited for movement as well. Trying to be patient but it's not easy.

When you say the freight will be back in a week, is that related to the freight forwarder in China? If its already with customs, what does it matter if the freight forwarder comes back next week?

they're the only ones who can provide real time shipping updates

But if its with customer in the US, I would think its out of the freight forwarders hands at that point

Was not aware of this. I assume the freight forwarder brought it to the US. Then its customs -> Fedex

Do we know who BBA uses as their freight forwarder?

Same, starting to get worried as its almost been a month for me

I made sure I got my order in before the deadline so that I was guaranteed it would be shipped. Placed the order on the 29th and got the tracking the next day. Sure would be nice to be able to track it in China if we knew who the freight forwarder was. How do you know if a package has been seized?

pretty much everyone here is in the same boat. can't do much at this point (i've tried) but wait and cross your fingers.
