That sounds like delayed revenue, not actually lost. I can see the shipping costs being "lost"

from my understanding they’re not doing refunds. my three friends who have been waiting since end of February haven’t received their packages nor can’t get a refund. yeah I get it tho

Huge over entitlement from people that don’t understand the illegal drug importation game. They just think because they sent some money they should be treated like a god.
