I mean if you wanna take the time to micro needle it could have some benefits. I’ve been using it topically but once I run out of the jar I have, I’m just going to stick to injecting. It’s hard to tell if it’s doing anything because i’ve been doing both 😂

Hey hope it’s ok to ask, do you have any recs for what to use for micro-needing? I have good skin but want something to target aging/fine lines, collagen production and generally glowing skin ☺️

You can use exosomes, it supports regeneration and collagen production. You can use niacinamide after for inflammation and redness and avoid all retinoids, they’re too harsh and irritating to be used after micro needling
