people start anywhere between 1 and 5mg personally I will be staring at 3mg

some people say cycle others say what ever so i guess it is your choice, i think most do like 8 weeks on 4 off

Beta carotene is a good addition for skin too, ive noticed that i get extra orange when i combine ghkcu and beta carotene

Actually I realized that I was on Roaccutane when I had acnes around 18 years old. Now I dont have acne, I am just 37 and wanna look like 25 if possible. Klow I already ordered early november and it has not even left China for some reason

Just make sure if you take it long term, you supplement Zinc. I get the Thorne Zinc Bisglycinate, it's affordable and good quality on Amazon. Don't get the 50mg or some krazii high dosage, get the 30s that's perfect

Lolz yeah u prolly should start skipping days or something, even taking a break to see if you actually feel the GHK you're now dosing & not just totally overriding the effects

Didn’t start ghkcu yet didn’t receive it I’ll do a break from zinc for few weeks and let’s see if I see a difference with ghkcu

Did u do this with the contents of a GHK vial? Or did you get a topical-specific formula?
