But adding BAC water or other peptides helps a lot

Wish I read this before ordering bpc just a few hours ago lol I'll still add extra water anyway, double down on avoiding the sting

Ice your area before hand too! This also helps the sting. My 1st injection i was dramatic . It was suggested to then add more bac water & ice the area beforehand. This helped 10 fold!
