Oh wait u said 2mg, so oral. Do you mean 2.5mg? That's usually how they come. I had to step it up, I'm on 5mg oral. I'd increase to 3.75mg for a bit (split another one).
I also reduced my isotretinoan dose from 10mg to 5mgs because my doctor said that I shouldn’t worry about the oil on my skin if there is no acne. She says I could disrupt the balance of my skin by using accutane and the oil is okay.
I would definitely have him step the dose up for sure! Men usually end up needing more of oral min anyway. Women don't wanna take more than absolutely necessary or they'll start sprouting facial hairs and having to shave their legs every 12hrs
But really, yes technically you're not even at a "full strength single pill" yet. I would get to a more therapeutic dosage on that before going for topical. Then you're committed to doing it every day, twice a day for life (unless absolutely needed).
Except I'm on a break from Tret. I've been a tanner all my life & I missed it so much, esp this winter!! Worked in 6 salons throughout my life, managed at 2. I'm'a real life Guido in the flesh 🇮🇹
Which btw I know this is the beauty chat but boys, if you're dealing with E2 spikes from your TRT, getting a super low dose compound of Anastrazole will legit change your life. Finally able to "set it & forget it" by doing my T shot Tuesday evening and my AI capsule 12 hours later on Weds AM, every week.
Oh ok so 100 days? Dude I feel like that's pretty good especially because it's not like you're just compounding one drug into a unavailable dose, you're getting 2 diff ones in yours
