Forum topic: Guys when I need to pin ghk cu should I let the vile stay a couple minutes room temperature for it to cool down or just pin it straight after I’ve taken it out the fridge ?

And why do u do it? Is it just so it stings less or?

a syringe will typically warm to room temp very quickly. i roll it in my fingers a bit, usually inject within 5 mins of filling syringe with no issues

the warmth of your fingers will help, just roll it between your thumbs where the solution is in the syringe

a vial will take longer to cool because there's more volume/it's wider/in an already cold glass vial
