Well copper competes with iron in the tissues so I'd assert the amount of time it takes is dependant on how iron dominant your heavy metals are in the tissues and how long it takes to displace them and move the needle

Conversely I'd assert the amount of time it takes tret to become efficacious would be reliant on serum vitamin D levels / availability
