There’s a min dose you need to reach for a course of accutane to get your oil glands to have a high chance of being permanently suppressed. It’s done by mg per kg over a duration. It’s around 120-150mg per kilogram over the entire course. If you micro dose it it still works fine but you don’t reap the permanent acne and oil reduction a properly run course will achieve. Also 10mg is very low you could run that indefinitely just pull bloods to be safe.
Everyone’s different but I can run 30mg on blasts just fine with no lipid or liver marker changes.
i dont want to perm supress my oil glands, just reduce production by 50% ish. id rather just do small dose forever personally
