Tretinoin is without a doubt the best thing for skin, if you aren’t on it, race to get on.
Ghkcu 3mg daily.
Other big ones: vitamin c serum and prescription Aleziac acid. Skin at 43 is better than I’ve ever seen it

.05, long term, routine use outweighs moving to the stronger doses and are not worth the irritation setbacks.

Depending on your country, here In the states it’s prescription required over 15% I believe. (What a joke)

Amazon pharmacy has gotten pretty competitive with these anti aging products as well for those that want a more “legit” source and don’t want to pay in crypto etc
