I literally started with 5mg no problems

Start low then titrate up. 1mg ED then go up to 2. Most common dose is 2mg ED..

You can start at 2mg if you want then goto 5mg

honestly i wasted so much by starting with 2 and saw nothing, went to 5, went up to 7-10 and nothing. injected it in my submental fat and it works really well
