In my experience it's definitely making my hair grow. Body hair, facial, hairline. Not sure entirely if new hair. Also nails are growing really fast too. Will likely increase growth of whatever keratinous tissue(?)

Idk if it will help exactly but I blend 100mg of AHK-Cu with my klow
