I mean yeah you can do what you want. I don’t think it theoretically matters where you pin ghk tbh but who knows. There’s also diy tox so

An alternative is to get good quality glycine and NAC. I used to do that before injections. I also take 5g methylsulfonyl methane daily on top of it all

Noooo gluta is such a good one!! I ran it during the winter, I didn’t get sick once and I have a daughter in grade school who is always coming home sick
