There's safer alternatives than hydroquinone. I find tetra-c is pretty effective at just 1%
Kisocare brand based out of Japan has hydroquinone 4% 6% 8% and 10%. Pretty cheap. They also have 30-35% Vit C, 15-20% Azelaic acid, 20% niacinamide and 15% tranexamic acid serums + retinol. based out of Japan
