Short answer is that oral supplementation of redox substrates is going to significantly outperform injected glutathione, without toxicity concerns

Yeah the major sting is what's stopping me. Apparently it's best done iv since the ph is instantly neutralized

Yup, and I don't dare do IV on myself. Easy enough to do with a butterfly needle but I've never been able to do venipuncture on myself lol I'd likely pass out

Yes I tried, it went wrong and an abscess formed on my face. This was years ago and my face is slightly asymmetrical because of it
