IMO liposomal glutathione is better. there’s a brand on Amazon called zeylamum which has 1300mg reduced l glutathione, and 500mg of its precursors + ALA and Reservatrol in 2 soft gel caps serving. Take 3 of those and you will have just as much gluta as injecting it. Even if let’s say a conservative number, like 30-40% is absorbed despite it being liposomal, that’s more than what you’d be getting from injections.

And iv glutathione has an extremely short half life of like 15-20 mins and ppl can get liver/kidney damage l which is crazy because it’s supposed to do the opposite. Iv gluta is a waste of money.

Yep accurate with the risk. So those IV based whitening glutathione drips basically is a risk for kidneys. EFFECTIVE AT REMOVING HANGOVERS though, ngl
