Yes pinned subq. Start low to access how you react day 0.25mg and then go to 0.5. I’ve done up to be 1mg daily but didn’t see any additional benefit, I stick to around 0.25 as a maintenance

0.25mg - 0.5mg for maintenance here. After 6-8 weeks I cycle off for 2.
