I’ve micro needled away all my acne scars over 12 months. You have to take it very slow because of the depth of micro needling required (1mm to 1.5mm). Basically micro needle every 6 weeks. Microneedle —> HA No retinoids, vita c or exfoliants for 4-5 days Between day 2-5 you can use PDRN + GHK-cu if you want to try

Anyone know why hair loss is happening on 1 side of my temple? I'm under a huge amount of stress and wondering if its causing hormonal imbalances leading to hair loss on 1 side. I'm on dutasteride and ru54881 with ketoconozole and red light. I order meal plan so I wouldnt say its nutritional deficiencies. I started minoxidil for 3 months had the dred shed but hair loss continued. It was definitely working but continued to loose ground. I pulled it out and my hair loss is the same. So with or without min its the same issue. I'm like 85% sure its stress but i cant relax and dont know how to 😂

Stress and genetics are the cause of 99% of hair loss. If it’s coming out in clumps or specific areas, sounds like stress.

Ahhhhhh . So yeah a very good chance its stress. In march by hair was perfext. Now the last 3 months its been wrecked. Ive struggled to sleep the last 6 months because of really high stress and its causing headaches. What would be the best peptide for an overactive mind? I keep seeing stuff like DSIP and selank

I think it’s unlikely that a peptide will cure your issue. Selank is a decent anxiolytic, but I don’t see it working if your stress is so bad it’s causing hair loss. Gotta solve the root of the problem

Gotta remind yourself none of it is that deep. In a year, you’ll have forgotten about the vast majority of things you’re stressing about rn

Ur completely right 💯. I've got PTSD so I just rethink the same stuff for absolutely no reason at all. Sometimes I'd add stuff to an incident that happened that never actually happened at the time. Our minds are too dahm powerful sometimes😂. Gotta stay positive

Honestly I struggle 😂. I'm currently going through loads of different stuff. I'm slowly pushing from recreational to peptides and supplements. Recreational seems to be a numbing agent. I'm thinking about quitting w**d just to see if they helps. But mainly distractions. Swimming a good 1

A friend of mine used NA Selank (the stronger version) and low dose trazodone (50mg) each night to help them bridge whilst coming off. Weed completely kills your natural dopamine. Thats how it hooks u.

Of course, weed shuts down your natural production and takes over. Thats why it’s addictive. Stop and you’ll feel shit waiting for your natural dopamine to come back on line.

Yeah weed does seem to be effecting me now compared to what it used to do. I think it can work here and their. But i have reliad on it to much as a suppressant. Ill have some time off and see how I feel 😊
