Yeah I will (eventually) get around to making a serum. I also have some injectable AHKCU that the jury seems to be out on and I’m willing to try

I’m going to run some labs to see my zinc:copper balance. Right now I take 50mg zinc 5mg ghkcu .
Apparently sometimes ghkcu can deplete zinc but there’s also some ppl who say the amount of elemental copper in ghkcu can’t dk that… it’s all anecdotal anyways so I’ll just let the data do the talking

Supposedly increases angiogenesis / blood flow to scalp. It’s relatively new/ untested in the peptide scene and not a lot of ppl have run it

It’s supposed to be the “hair” variant of ghkcu

Yeah I think honestly out of all the peptides ghkcu and BPC have the strongest evidence of “working”

But u dont neeeed zinc with ghkcu, it’s a precaution people overthink. Ghkcu is about 16% copper by weight, so even 10mg ghkcu only provides round about 1.6mg copper. Most people already get around 1-3mg/day from diet, and the tolerable upper intake for copper is considered 10mg/day long term. So you’d theoretically need to be using something like 40-50mg+ daily consistently before copper intake even starts approaching excessive levels.

I saw one Reddit comment that claimed their shedding stopped when they added a zinc supp while taking ghkcu
But then again it’s Reddit
