Hello! Just got my vials of Glutathione. I was wondering if any one here is actively using it? And if anyone could recommend a protocol or a dosage for it.
I've read mixed opinions online, that you need to do upwards of 600mg or ur "wasting it" but then other people talking about how 100mg is fine.
