Pretty much everything you’d want to inject unless you’re taking large amounts of stuff and have to seriously worry about endotoxins but then again that’s just natural selection playing out

It’s 4-8 mm of discomfort it’s worth it in the long run. The klow gluta gh got my skin super nice right now lol.

Other peptides that can be taken orally need to be bound to a SNAC carrier (oral absorption enhancer that raises the pH around the tablet, preventing degradation)
