Should I increase to 6mg ?, go for 8 or stick with 4?

Obviously all of this is up for debate but from what I gathered igf1 in blood doesn’t really tell you shit. But that’s definitely the consensus on the internet

Like in my case my igf1 on 4iu was almost 400 but then I went to 8iu and it was 270

Either way, I'm having great results on it.

But my e2 was dramatically different on those two tests also, which is what made me really dig deep into igf1

And it seemed like the more research I did the more I saw a trend of people saying igf1 in blood doesn’t even matter

Because I initially thought igf1 in blood should be elevated on gh too
