Depends why you think it's not working
If you're still eating too much or have food noise then Tirzepatide or semaglutide on top

Not sure if the quality of my reta or my body got used to it, I’m still waiting for my order to come from here. Just bought Reta from local vendor but I don’t feel it’s working
