I take 1000mg Mag Glycinate throughout the day. Helps for that and other things reta can contribute to (I still take great shits lmao) and cialis, taurine, etc.

Ngl I didn’t really titrate up. I went from 4mg straight to 10. I take a lot of supplements and what not too tho

Same started 3,5mg to 7mg, but in doing it daily from 0.5 to 1 daily.
