Has anyone experienced severe hair loss from Tirz? I'm currently going through it now and trying everything under the sun to stop it. If anyone has any tips etc. I'm already in high protein and taking biotin, pre Natals and collagen. Along with my Glow peptide injections. The shedding won't stop 😩

I’m interested in taking DSIP for better sleep, but going to start adding HGH to my stack. Would DSIP be a waste seeing that many benefit from the HGH?

I don't think this is an accurate take. Tirz has better appetite suppression, which is why gym bros use Reta so they can cut while still consuming nutrients but Reta still beats it for fat loss - in both scenarios you've put there. Eli Lilly plans to target it for people with BMIs over 30 for a reason.

Easy to say, eat less move more, But tell me what has the success rate been for people with BMI 40+. I'd bet it's less then 1%, anyone and everyone who is obese has insulin resistance, and with that brings all the food noise and cravings they have to deal with ever single day. Ask me I know been there. What the GLP-1s do other than just appitie suppression is correct the Insulin resistance, and gives them a fighting chance. From experience I have tried it all, and yes it works, but everyone always ends up defualting again. Now down 25kgs, with more energy than I have had in 10years, I find I'm in the gym 3 times a week for 1h30 doing strength training "putting in the hard work" But I doubt I'd be here it is wasn't the leg up the GPL-1s gave. Saying it only because it for those who don't put in the hard work, is like saying to depressed people just be happy, it's a little short sitted and shows lack of understanding.
