update on Cagri. definetly feeling the low motivation and sleepyness today. it's not too bad but still unpleasent. Tho the kind of appetitr suppression it gives is very nice. it's like a gentle suppression, not a gut punch like Sema or Tirz. Like I'll be eating and slowly realize that I don't really want to finish my plate, but if I want to finish it to avoid starving myself I can still enjoy the rest of the food. otherwise I can just stop

also, the low motivation might be unrelated to the Cagri. I've been very tired and volatile mood lately, so maybe just a coincidence. I often have days where I feel dead, so could be unrelated
