It's caused by food fermenting too long, tends to be carbs, low sibo diet will help as it's foods with less fermentation

Using reta for diabetes is stupid, tirzepitide is the one for diabetics, reta is weak across all 3 but makes a strong overall performing medication where as tirz is strong across both
