If I was doing 4iu for fat loss I’d take it all before bed if that’s your goal bro

Doesnt really matter aslong as your getting the total dose everyday in. But scientifically speaking you should take it all before bed, but if you experience sleep problems, split it up.
I do 3iu morning fasted & 3iu pre bed. 6iu total

Normally hgh gives you amazing sleep, but if it messed with your sleep like it does with some then do it am

My tolerence maximum dose is 3iu pre bed, more then that i get sleep problems. Thats why splitting am/pm
